- Confidentiality of Membership Information : A confidential register of members containing their names and details is maintained securely and kept in the custody of the President. Access to this register is prohibited to all other members.
- Membership Cards : Members receive cards with only a QR code and a unique digital membership number without revealing sensitive details.
- Restricted Information Access : Confidential membership information is not disclosed in public forums, ensuring individual privacy
